We were
established in 1985 and are located in Elkhart
Indiana, the RV capital as some people call it.
Our staff is dedicated to making sure you get the correct
replacement part you are needing in a fast, low cost way.
We ship via UPS and various truck lines.
When you call us--you speak to a person, not a machine. (Unless
it's after hours or our phone system is over-run.)
Our hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, Monday - Friday
We sell wholesale only to the automotive trade
and require that all customers
supply us with a filled out
customer application form. All manufactures' warranties apply.
All shipments are C.O.D. cash unless other
arrangements have been made with our credit department. We
accept Visa and MasterCard as well as open
account terms for those customers that meet our criteria for such
terms. Any return must have pre-approval so please call
before returning any product. All returns are subject to a 15%
restocking fee and must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Special orders are just that. Special. They require
pre-payment and cannot be returned or canceled once in our order
system. Make sure your customer understands that special
orders take longer to get and allow for the extra time to
manufacture. Orders under $35.00 will have a $2.00
handling fee.
